The agreement between you and NexaForce AI when you use our platform.
By accessing or using NexaForce AI's services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using NexaForce AI on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
NexaForce AI provides an AI Employee-as-a-Service (AIEaaS) platform that includes six AI agents: Priya (WhatsApp support), Arjun (sales outreach), Kavya (content creation), Raj (voice reception), Meera (operations analytics), and Dev (training academy). The specific services available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with 30 days' notice, except in cases of emergency, security threats, or legal requirements where immediate action may be necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share account credentials with third parties outside your organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
NexaForce AI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, our AI models, and our software. Your uploaded knowledge base documents and business data remain your property. You grant NexaForce AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are the data controller for conversations your AI agent has with your customers. NexaForce AI acts as a data processor under your instructions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents from your customers to process their personal data through NexaForce AI. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
We target 99.9% platform uptime, measured monthly. In the event of downtime exceeding this target:
Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service outages (WhatsApp, Vapi.ai, etc.), or customer actions does not count toward SLA calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NexaForce AI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NexaForce AI in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim. NexaForce AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
NexaForce AI provides AI-generated responses and content "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI agents will always provide correct information. You remain responsible for verifying critical information and for the consequences of any decisions made based on AI agent responses.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription from the dashboard or by contacting support. We may terminate for cause (including Terms violation) immediately. We may terminate without cause with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in these courts.
