• Conversation logs: Messages exchanged between your AI agent and your customers

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Groq (AI inference), Razorpay (payments), AiSensy (WhatsApp delivery), Vapi.ai (voice). Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by Indian law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of NexaForce AI or others.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the Mumbai, India region (AWS ap-south-1). We implement the following security measures:

• Row-Level Security (RLS) at the database level — your data is completely isolated from other clients
• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Access controls limiting internal team access to only what is necessary
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable regulations, you have the right to:

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
