Our commitment: If NexaForce AI does not work correctly for you in the first 7 days, we will refund your first month's payment. No questions asked.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every new subscription includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If your AI agent does not perform as expected — answering questions incorrectly, failing to integrate with WhatsApp, or any other performance issue — contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.

To claim the guarantee: email support@nexaforceai.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99026 71176 within 7 days of your subscription start date. Describe the issue, and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Standard Refund Policy

Beyond the 7-day guarantee, our standard refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Billing → Cancel Subscription) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to NexaForce AI until that date.

We do not charge cancellation fees.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email address and the reason for the refund request
  3. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm receipt and request any additional information
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
